Core business: Focusing on a high-quality infrastructure product system

Our company, with the core philosophy of "providing all-round high-quality infrastructure products", has established a comprehensive product matrix covering three major categories: geosynthetic materials, scaffolding systems, and new synthetic resin building materials. 1.Geosynthetic materials products include a variety of functional geotechnical materials widely used in critical engineering applications such as anti-seepage protection, slope stabilization, soil reinforcement, and dust control.

Geotechnical fabric series: including polypropylene filament geotechnical fabric, polyester filament geotechnical fabric, short fiber geotechnical fabric, with high, anti-aging, good water permeability and other characteristics, suitable for road base reinforcement, railway ballast filtration, landfill site impermeable layer protection and other scenarios

Geotechnical membrane and composite geotechnical membrane: Mainly for impermeable function, using high-quality raw materials such as high-density polyethyl (HDPE), it can effectively block water seepage and is used in impermeable projects such as sewage treatment plants, tailing dams, artificial lakes, etc;

Geotechnical grid/cell series: including high-strength geotechnical cell, stretched plastic geotechnical grid, woven polyester geotechnical grid, which used to enhance the stability of soil structure by widening road base, slope protection, dike reinforcement and other soil reinforcement projects.

2.Scaffolding system

We can provide modular scaffolding that meets engineering safety standards, compatible with different construction scenarios, covering mainstream types such as socket, Kwikstage, and bowl, with the advantages of easy assembly, strong load-bearing capacity, and high stability, suitable for supporting operations in high-rise building construction, bridge pouring, factory building, etc

3.Synthetic resin new materials

Focusing on municipal infrastructure and architectural ancillary fields, the products combine durability with environmental friendliness:

Covering series: cable trough cover, composite manhole cover, tunnel cover, made of resin composite and other materials, to solve the problems of traditional metal coversing and being stolen easily, suitable for the underground pipeline matching of municipal roads, communities and industrial parks;

Drainage ditch series: Customized plastic drainage ditches, with corrosion resistance and high drainage efficiency, for road drainage, square drainage, and factory rainwater system.

(1) Machine direction (MD) and cross machine direction (XMD) average values should be on the basis of 5 test specimens each direction.
Yield elongation is calculated using a gage length of 1.3 inches
Break elongation is calculated using a gage length of 2.0 in.
(2) The yield stress used to calculate the applied load for the SP-NCTL test should be the manufacturer's mean valuevia MQC testing.
(3) Other methods such as D 1603 (tube furnace) or D 6370 (TGA) are acceptable if an appropriate correlation to D 4218 (muffle furnace) can be established.
(4) Carbon black dispersion (only near spherical agglomerates) for 10 different views:9 in Categories 1 or 2 and 1 in Category 3
(5) The manufacturer has the option to select either one of the OIT methods listed to evaluate the antioxidant content in the geomembrane.
(6) It is also recommended to evaluate samples at 30 and 60 days to compare with the 90 day response.
(7) The condition of the test should be 20 hr. UV cycle at 75。C followed by 4 hr. condensation at 60。C.
(8) Not recommended since the high temperature of the Std-OIT test produces an unrealistic result for some of the antioxidants in the UV exposed samples.
(9) UV resistance is based on percent retained value regardless of the original HP-OIT value.

(3) SP-NCTL per ASTM D5397 Appendix, is not appropriate for testing geomembranes with textured or irregular rough surfaces.
